Terms & Conditions

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Faro.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Don't use the service to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload malware, spam, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Scrape or overload the service with automated requests.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of the trips, images, and other content you create. You grant Farothe limited license needed to store, display, and process that content to run the service (for example, showing a trip to people you share it with). You're responsible for the content you upload and for having the rights to it.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time from your profile.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or where required by law.

Faro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it shows (such as weather or third-party images) is accurate. Use your own judgment when planning travel.

To the extent permitted by law, Faro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify you where required. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
